For pregnant women, this rollout offers major support. Comprehensive maternal care is a main feature of the initiative. Having new baby incubators, oxygen equipment, and modern delivery beds at local clinics means health workers can handle births safely. If you already hold an NHIS Ghana card, this system works alongside your current setup. The free healthcare Ghana 2026 initiative does not replace your insurance card.
