kUMASI Fashion Week

Kumasi burst into color and creativity as the 2025 edition of Kumasi Fashion Week took over the Kumasi City Mall from May 29 to 31, transforming the bustling city into a hub of fashion, culture, and entrepreneurship. The three-day spectacle showcased the richness of Ghanaian fashion, bringing together emerging talents and industry veterans in a dynamic celebration of identity and style.

A Marketplace of Innovation

The festivities began with an interactive exhibition and open market, where fashion vendors and artisans displayed their work. Attendees browsed racks of locally made clothing and accessories, engaged with designers, and directly supported Ghana’s burgeoning fashion economy. This vibrant space wasn’t just about commerce—it was a meeting ground for creativity, community, and culture.

Fresh Faces, Bold Ideas

From innovative fabric choices to daring silhouettes, these young designers made it clear they’re ready to play a role in the future of Ghanaian fashion.
